Library Events Calendar

About

The AAAL Communications Committee receives requests from its members and the broader community to post updates to our events calendar. However, posts must be relevant to our membership.

We publish conferences, workshops, professional development, and other learning opportunities or events that would be of interest to library employees at AAAL member libraries.

Calls for event calendar submissions will be sent out once per fall and winter terms.

How to Submit an Event

  1. Email the communications committee (aaal.communications@gmail.com) with the event content to be published.
    1. Include name, date, event description that includes a call to action (i.e. register, save the date, submit an application etc.), contact information, and an event link  (a link to more information or event registration).
  2. All calendar events must also include a point of contact in case the committee has questions or concerns with the content.
  3. Please allow up to one week for your content to be posted to the AAAL events calendar and social media accounts.
